What the page does not do
The page sets no tracking cookies, does not measure visits with third-party tools and has no form for entering data. Fonts and images come from our own server, not from someone else’s.
Server logs
The page is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare processes the technical data your browser sends, such as the IP address, the time and the requested file, and may process it outside the EU. Cloudflare acts as our processor and, by its own account, bases transfers to the US on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, as a fallback, on standard contractual clauses. Retention and further processing follow Cloudflare’s privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering the page securely and quickly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Map
The map does not load by itself. Only when you click “Load the map” does your browser connect to Google (Google Maps), and Google receives your IP address and request data. Google may set cookies in the process. Without the click, nothing is transmitted. The legal basis is your consent by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The link “Open in Google Maps” takes you straight to Google when clicked. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by leaving or reloading the page. You can also open the address in your own maps app.
Phone calls
This page has no form for phone details. Calls connect you directly with the business.
Your rights
You have the right of access, correction, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object. If you think your data is processed unlawfully, you can contact the Croatian data protection authority AZOP, www.azop.hr. You can send requests to bozica.kolaric111@gmail.com.
